7 Long Range Wireless Doorbells

Admit it, we hold off when it comes to our doorbell replacements. We think we need to employ the services of an electrician, install multiple cords of cable wiring, and mount complex transformer systems to make a doorbell system work at great distances. Nowadays, companies have developed automated doorbell systems to make our lives easier and more convenient. There’s a terrific selection of long range wireless doorbells available in the market, making limited operating ranges of wireless doorbells a thing of the past.

Extended Range Wireless Doorbell, anyone?

Modern wireless doorbells work greatly in large spaces because of their long frequency ranges of up to 300 feet and more. These spaces include large residences, warehouses, farms, and office buildings without any intricate wiring.Extended range wireless doorbells avoid performance issues in terms of wiring and installation because there’s no wiring at all. Long range remote doorbells are also beneficial especially if you have one or more entryways (like a garage or a garden). They have multiple receivers set to the same frequency and come with multiple push buttons and chimes that connect to the same system. The working range travels at great distances so you can hear the doorbell ring while you’re working at your home office, in the attic or garage. If you live in a gigantic house, you can benefit from a wireless doorbell kit that comes with add-ons. These add-ons help extend your existing wireless range.Furthermore, long range doorbells have distinct chimes that you can sound differently for each push button so you’ll know which entryway the doorbell is ringing.Another advantage of long range doorbell systems is that they have portable ringers, meaning that you can transport one with you anywhere you go. So whether you’re at home or in some obscure area, you can have the bell ringer right in front of you. This portability feature will help you never to miss a caller again, as well as increase your home security. These long range doorbell units are cost-effective. With long range wireless doorbells, there’s no need to chalk up costly installation bills. Moreover, there’s no need to compromise ease of installation or performance with design; there’s a wide range of stylish wireless doorbell options available in the marketplace.

I have a different type of scenario that I would like a recommendation. I have a patio home with a gated entrance. So in ordere to get to the home you have to go through a gate. I do have wireless internet in the house. I would like to have a wireless doorbell that is fine with the elements of weather that I can hear in the house. I would really love one that has a video as well but that might be impossible. Any recommendations?

I’m looking for a wireless doorbell with multiple pushbuttons that can be programmed to separately ring on different receivers in different locations on different frequencies. We are in a space with different offices and would like to separate the ringers so if you’re looking for main office you can choose the button marked “main office”. If you’re looking for another office it will only ring in that office if you push the button marked as that office. Do you know of a wireless doorbell system that can accomplish this?

I am looking for a wireless doorbell system that has the following:
    1) Will handle at minimum 5 remote buttons for different sounds
    2) Is capable of uploading my own mp3 tones or voice announcement like which door is active
    3) long wireless range 350′ minimum
    4) Video is not necessary
    5) Buttons sturdy and weatherproof (do not have to be water proof but can handle occasional light moisture
Does anyone make such a unit?

      Hello Velvetlady,
I understand that you have 5 different doors and would like to have 5 remote buttons and 1 wireless doorbell connected with them and ability to play different mp3 sound when remote buttons pressed.
You can get new Honeywell doorbell with 450 feet range and mp3 tones and you can connect up to 6 remote controls.
